Studio open — taking new projects for Q4 Imagine · Build · Grow · Earn
The studio

A small studio that would rather build things than bill hours.

Makers, growth specialists and revenue people in one room. We create Android products under our own name, and partner with founders who want theirs made the same way.

Learned in the store, not in a slide deck. Everything we know about retention curves and ad pricing came from launching things, watching some of them stumble, and going back in to fix them. That's why we stay close to the data and light on opinions we can't back up.

Operators as much as inventors. Lots of teams can write an app. Far fewer will then go out and find its audience and tune the revenue without quietly spoiling what they made. We do all three, because on our own titles there's nobody else to hand it to.

On our own timeline. Imaginative Innovations is founder-led and funded by its own work. With no investor schedule to meet, an idea gets the year it deserves rather than the quarter a board would give it.

What we believe

Three ideas that guide everything.

Almost every debate in the studio ends at one of these, so we keep them written on the whiteboard.

Idea 01

Make it good first

No ad budget or clever paywall can rescue something people won't open twice. We earn the right to grow a product by making it genuinely good before anything else.

Idea 02

Tell it like it is

We measure what matters and say it plainly — to ourselves first. No chart arranged to impress, no axis that quietly shifted between meetings.

Idea 03

Steady beats sudden

A spike makes a nice headline. A cohort that sticks makes a business. We build for the person still using it next year, not the one who leaves before the tutorial ends.

How we operate

Founder-led, self-funded, patient.

Owning what we make keeps us honest. We don't buy installs we can't keep, we don't ship filler to hit a date, and we don't disguise a subscription behind a button pretending to be "close". If that costs us a quarter now and then, that's fine by us.
